A vibrant natural-process coffee from the Arusha region of northern Tanzania.
Mondul Estate sits at 1600-1800 metres above sea level and produces expressive coffees form a blend of Blue Mountain,Kent and Red Bourbon varieties.
The ripe cherries are carefully handpicked and sorted before being slowly dried on raised African beds for 12-14 days.This natural process helps develop the coffee’s distinctive fruit-forward character.
