A vibrant natural- process coffee from the Tarrazú region of Costa Rica .
Santa Elena is a 46- hectare farm located on the slopes of the Caraigres mountains in the Los Santos region, one of the Costa Rica best- known areas . The coffee is grown around 1650-1700 metres above sea level where the high altitude and mountainous climate create ideal conditions for producing expressive specialty coffee.
This lot combine Caturra and Catuai varieties and is naturally processed, allowing the ripe coffee cherries to dry with their fruit intact. The result is a bright ,fruit-led cup with flavours of strawberry, sultana and plum .
