This coffee comes from the Arusha region of northern Tanzania, where coffee is grown at 1,600–1,800 metres above sea level.
It is made from a combination of Blue Mountain, Kent and Red Bourbon varieties and has been naturally processed before being roasted to a light/medium level.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE CUP
Strawberry • Nectarine • Candy
This naturally processed coffee has a bright, fruity character with a pleasant sweetness.
Look for notes of strawberry and nectarine, followed by a candy-like sweetness.
Take your time with the coffee and try it again as it cools. You may notice the fruit and sweetness becoming more pronounced.
YOUR BREWING GUIDE
For one 12.5g sachet:
Coffee: 12.5g
Water: 200ml
Water temperature: 92–94°C
RECOMMENDED BREWING METHOD: FILTER
We recommend trying this coffee as a filter coffee.
A V60 or another filter brewer is a great way to experience its fruity character and sweetness.
Start with:
12.5g coffee
200ml water
92–94°C
Pour the water slowly and evenly over the coffee, allowing it to extract gradually.
ALSO YOU CAN TRY IT AS ESPRESSO
This coffee is also recommended for espresso.
Its light/medium roast and fruity character can create a lively and aromatic espresso.
