The result is a clean and balanced coffee with a combination of sweetness and fruit.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE CUP
🍯 Honey · Plum
Look for a pleasant honey-like sweetness alongside the fruity character of plum.
The washed process helps give this coffee a clean and defined cup, while the medium roast brings a satisfying balance between sweetness, body and acidity.
Take your time and allow the coffee to cool slightly — tasting it at different temperatures can reveal different aspects of its character.
YOUR BREWING GUIDE
For one 12.5g sachet
Coffee: 12.5g
Water: 200ml
Temperature: 92–94°C
RECOMMENDED: FILTER
Filter brewing is a great way to experience the clarity and sweetness of this coffee.
We recommend starting with:
12.5g coffee → 200ml water
Pour the water gradually and evenly, allowing the coffee to extract slowly.
ALSO TRY IT AS CAFETIÈRE
This coffee is also recommended for cafetière.
The longer immersion gives the coffee a little more body and can make the honey-like sweetness particularly enjoyable.
Start with 12.5g of coffee and 200ml of water, then adjust according to your preference.
