This coffee comes from Uraga in the Guji Zone of Ethiopia, where it is grown at an altitude of around 2,050 metres above sea level.
The coffee is made from Heirloom varieties and has been washed processed, before being roasted to a light/medium level.
The combination of high altitude, washed processing and a light/medium roast creates a coffee with a delicate, aromatic character.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE CUP
🍑 Apricot · Elderflower · Earl Grey · Caramel
Look for a combination of stone-fruit sweetness and floral aromas, with the delicate character of Earl Grey and a smooth caramel sweetness.
Allow the coffee to cool slightly before tasting again. As the temperature drops, different aromas and flavours can become more noticeable.

Coffee: 12.5g
Water: 200ml
Temperature: 92–94°C
RECOMMENDED: CAFETIÈRE
Cafetière is a great way to experience the aromatic character and body of this coffee.
Start with:
12.5g coffee → 200ml water
Pour the water over the coffee, allow it to brew, then gently press the cafetière.
ALSO TRY IT AS ESPRESSO
This coffee is also recommended for espresso.
The light/medium roast can highlight its floral and fruity character while retaining the caramel sweetness.
