This coffee comes from Tarrazú, one of Costa Rica's best-known coffee-growing regions. It was grown at 1,700 metres above sea level and combines Caturra and Catuaí varieties.
This particular coffee has been naturally processed and roasted to a light/medium level, allowing its fruity character and sweetness to shine.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE CUP
🍓 Plum · Sultana · Strawberry
Look for a combination of ripe fruit and sweetness, with plum and strawberry characteristics alongside the richer sweetness of sultana.
Try the coffee when it's freshly brewed, then taste it again as it cools. Notice how the balance of fruit and sweetness develops.

Filter brewing is a great way to explore the fruity character of this coffee.
Start with:
12.5g coffee → 200ml water
Pour the water gradually and evenly, allowing the coffee to extract slowly.
ALSO TRY IT AS ESPRESSO
This coffee is also recommended for espresso.
Its light/medium roast and natural processing make it an interesting coffee to explore as espresso, where the fruit character can become particularly expressive.
